Guided Hiking Fall Foliage Tour to Rocky Mountain National Park: September through November 15

For this tour, we depart Boulder in the early morning and travel through the town of Estes Park into Rocky Mountain National Park. We then spend approximately 5 hours hiking to the best spots for viewing the aspen groves and willows in their wonderful fall colors.
September-October is a special time in the mountains with the changing season and the transition of fall colors in the trees. Our focus will be on finding the best hikes to see the beautiful array of colors that make Colorado spectacular in the fall. Hiking distances and difficulties will be chosen based on overall group abilities and fitness levels. In addition to seeing the flora (trees and plants), there will be opportunities to see wildlife, as this is also elk bugling season.
